Capel Manor College offers a range of full and part-time land-based courses which lead to nationally recognised qualifications and potential progression into employment or on to further study. The College also offers a unique experience in that we believe there is nowhere else quite like us in Europe in terms of our facilities, activities, staff and students. Students do not attend Capel Manor College, they are Capel Manor College, and whilst studying, will be fully engaged in helping to run the College’s Estates, Gardens, Farm and Floristry outlet.
So whatever your age (between 14 and 60+), whether you are interested in horticulture, animal care and management, groundsmanship, garden design, floristry, balloon artistry, saddlery, arboriculture, countryside management, outdoor pursuits or the environment; one of five of Capel Manor College’s centres across London can offer you a safe and friendly place to study in an atmosphere which most find inspirational.
Capel Manor College has Beacon status, holds Matrix accreditation for the quality of student guidance and at its last Ofsted inspection in 2013 was assessed as a Good provider with excellent features and a clear line of sight to become Outstanding.
The prospectus gives details of our full-time courses, suitable for school leavers and mature students returning to learning, as well as traineeships and apprenticeships for those seeking to ‘earn as they learn’ and obtain professional training.
There is a separate prospectus for the College’s extensive part-time programme of study and our industry recognised professional short course provision.
We hope you find opportunities in our prospectus which interest you and you will find more details of all our programmes on our website.
Capel Manor College believes in a personal approach to supporting its students. Therefore we recommend that anyone interested in a full-time course makes contact via telephone or email with our Admissions team to request specific course information sheets and comes to an Advice Evening or Open Day to see for themselves whether Capel Manor College is the right place for them. Our Admissions team is always willing to help you choose the right course for you.
Our college Mission Statement is to provide outstanding and inspirational land-based learning opportunities across the Greater London region. We believe Capel Manor College can help you change your life for the better and we look forward to welcoming you to the College.
